I didn't even had no appointment went there pick up some flyer to get $10.00 discount at Tully Health and witness. Receptionist said I have a appointment and took my Meficare card. I may be talk to the consultant may be not more than 10 minutes and they billed my Medicare $568 and I had to pay $160.00 out of my pocket We learn frpm.our own mistakes never again.

I have been trying for years to get an appointment. The office is lack, no phone calls or follow up even when you have done your part by sending over what they require for an appointment. This is ridiculous.

Today I was 12 minutes late for my appointment through no fault of my own. Traveling is becoming more difficult between accidents and road paving, etc. I arrived with an uber which and was told I needed to reschedule. Life happens and sometimes you have no control over the situation. Practice is too intense for me. To reschedule is two months to September. Thank goodness I have no major issues. This appointment was only a follow-up.

Dr. Tsirlin couldn’t communicate with my insurance effectively in order to provide them with chart notes needed for preauthorisation of my Semiglutide. He was insisting that he is doing everything perfect with an egotistical (god like) attitude accusing my insurance of Fraud and saying that they didn’t want to pay for my medication. I guess that is not true. I god denied 2 times. Dr. Tsirlin’s ego almost stole my right to improve my health.
