Bad practice for any expectant mother or any woman looking for personalized, informative, or empathetic care. The office is disorganized and cannot keep track of appointments. They had me running around town to multiple offices for multiple appointments, for last minute changes that were not properly communicated. They spoke down to me, tried to make their scheduling mistakes my fault, and treated me as if I was a puzzle piece on a chart and not a human being. Guy upfront that looks white but speaks spanish is first of all rude and unprofessional I don’t know why he’s still working here. Everyone working in the professional area field knows that they aren’t and shouldn’t be able to say any comments about any patient that comes in. It’s not their business first of all and they have no right to say that while the patient is in the room or while the patient is even here. This office has a total break down. I did not receive a call to confirm my appointment as all doctor’s offices do. When I called, it took more than an hour before the call was picked up. I asked for a script for my annual checkup bloodwork and was told that there is no need for a script. Just walk in. This of course was the wrong information when I showed up. The doctors and Stamford Health Organization should address this complete disaster before a patient sues. Before that, don’t go that office.
