I had a wonderful experience at the Stamford Health Concussion Center from the very beginning. The girls at the front desk were kind, welcoming, and professional, and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. I would strongly recommend checking with your insurance before scheduling an appointment here. This is an outpatient facility, and we were not informed of that when booking. As a result, we were billed over $1,200 for the visit, which felt completely unreasonable for the services provided. Had we known the billing structure in advance, we would have chosen a different route for care.
