Dr Negebenbor and bilingual staff were very pleasant and efficient to help me through my colonoscopy experience. The endoscopy and colonoscopy went well. Highly recommend.
Dr. Negbenebor is fine but her secretaries are the most incompetent staff I have ever had to work with. I spent the last year petitioning my insurance provider on $275,000+ of medical charges because this office did not update my insurance when provided, which meant I/they did not receive any notice off my medication no longer being covered.
