I just need to point out how my primary's nurse, Carol Lee, goes above and beyond dealing with any insurance pre-approvals and calls me to let me know the outcome, it is very professional and courteous. That's not to mention she always greats me with a smile and just has a great demeanor. I can also comment that nurse Jena seems very much the same, but I have had far less dealings with her.
