I was a new patient, spent less than 10 minutes , awful bedside manner - THE WORST office staff I have ever encountered . Non communicative , non responsive, never called in prescription …. Run the other way !
I've been seeing Dr. Bramwit for many years now, he's a terrific doctor. He's very attentive and actually listens to your concerns, he explains things very thoroughly, he's personable, he was also the surgeon who performed my tonsillectomy and the procedure went smoothly as was the recovery. I also like his staff at his Stamford office.
Dr. Bramwit is a great doctor! He is pleasant, compassionate, professional and thorough. I saw him for a sinus infection but he diagnosed a skin cancer on my ear that my Dermatologist missed a few weeks prior.
Not a great experience. Office staff OK but couldn’t verify my insurance though i sent my card ahead of time and they confirmed my appointment. Kept me waiting over 45 minutes while they failed to contact my insurance company and basically left me hanging not knowing what was going on. I decided to pay full price rather than start from scratch with another doctor. The doctor who saw me gave me the bums rush knowing I would probably not be back due to lack of insurance coverage.
