Not a great experience. Office staff OK but couldn’t verify my insurance though i sent my card ahead of time and they confirmed my appointment. Kept me waiting over 45 minutes while they failed to contact my insurance company and basically left me hanging not knowing what was going on. I decided to pay full price rather than start from scratch with another doctor. The doctor who saw me gave me the bums rush knowing I would probably not be back due to lack of insurance coverage. Very unsatisfactory and unprofessional encounter. Doctor tried to keep both visits with me under 30 seconds. Had zero interest in hearing anything I had to say - mostly rushed me to schedule another visit with audiologist which was ultimately cancelled by the office. WORST of all - Doctor ordered an MRI and, two weeks later, no call from him or his staff to discuss results.
