Very nice staff Everything on time
I arrived at 3.40 pm for a blood test only to be informed no more tests that day as they had fulfilled their quota. Closing time is advertised as 4.30 pm. I had travelled from Market Deeping. It should be clearly stated you must arrive by a certain "cut off" time. It shows the NHS at its worst - I know there are pressures but is it really good customer service?
The team in the Urology department were all fantastic. Professional, friendly and keep in touch whilst waiting to be seen. They certainly made the experience all the more pleasant.
