This business put of razor wire fencing. It is ugly and dangerous and a violation of zoning law. This on top of the dumpsters they have permanently parked on the street and the nasty signs they have everywhere- threatening their neighbors. It feels like the business has taken over a residential neighborhood. I'm not sure what illegal operations they are hiding, but I would never hire them.

These guys set up in a residential neighborhood of condos and then put up tons of angry threatening signs- don’t walk here, don’t come on our property, don’t drive there.. And the language they use when towards their neighbors, it’s oddly angry and lashes out. It sounds like the manager has a control issue, and I would never do business with them. Definitely the custom builder on the central coast to use if you're building a high-end home and want it done right the first time and completed according to the timeline.

One of the l company’s box trucks tailgated me for over a mile while in pouring rain. I was going the speed limit or slightly above. Completely irresponsible!
