Buyer beware!!!. The home construction and finished quality is horrible. Stalwood Homes are extremely misleading and absolutely no customer service after the fact. Total confusion and mayhem with this group and their website is a total contradiction of what they are and do as a developer, builder and is likely going up to legal action. Tarion is now coming in for a second planned conciliation process with a planned date to discuss Aug 2024. The PDI work is outstanding since Dec 2022! Don't buy homes from this builder. I have had a major Crack in the foundation within a year of purchasing new home. It has been more than 8 months and they still have not repaired it. The service is very disappointing after you purchase the house.

Live in another builders home just down from where Stalwood is building. Constantly cleaning up garbage from their worksite. Today, had a afternoon appointment that I had to cancel because a cement truck was left running and sitting in front of my driveway - I was blocked in and couldn't get out. When the driver finally came 20 minutes later he was rude and argumentative. No one even bothers to ask other homeowners if they have to get out of their driveway.
