My sons team photos were taken almost 3 weeks ago, finally I get the photos I’ve been waiting for and they’ve sent the wrong players pictures!? They don’t allow any parents in the photo session area, yet haven’t figured out a precise way to ensure the kids names are matched with their photos? The entire team has their pictures mixed up and for the cost we expected at the very LEAST basic services. Have called and requested 3 times for a photo to be adjusted since there was excessive shadowing. The last call was late May/early June and he said he would get to it but was busy with senior photos. We are now at the end of August and never heard back.
