Good clean dirt, in and out fast.
At least 35% of the top soil was stone. Update: Stalnaker remedied the situation the best they could. Thank you Stalnaker Topsoil.
Great guys, great dirt.
Ordered two truckloads of topsoil in fall of 23. Soil that arrived looked like high quality pulverized soil, but the loads were small and I was assured by the driver that it was correct. Spring of 24 and that dirt has settled and it’s now obvious that the dirt they delivered was full of shale chips and clay. Would not recommend because I believe the shale chips and clay were likely added as filler.
