Driving down 220 in Shreveport. The driver DID NOT have his tanker hose fully disconnected and strapped down the correct way. As I was passing this truck (not staying on the side of hood trailer) we hit a groove on the highway when the nozzle on his hose bounce and burst through my window WHERE MY TWO TEST OLD SON WAS SITTING IN HIS CAR SEAT!!!!!!!
