If I could leave a zero star review I would! I had a terrible experience with this dealership and would not recommend it to anyone. From start to finish, the process was frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. Communication was poor, information was inconsistent, and I felt misled rather than helped. Got approved for a car then not even an hour later they called saying they needed a cosigner and the bank claims i have a repo on my credit from a few years ago which is completely false they also say there cars are in perfect condition which they arnt whats so ever and they keep making new reasons why we cant get aproved like origionally stated also was told 5500 then all of a sudden its up to 7900 then when i informed them i was gonna not leave them a good review after they asked they said they are going to reply with a bu... read more
3rd car from Ayman… 3 for three pretty good cars!
We recently inquired on a Cadillac XT5 2021 that seemed to have all the goodies my wife wanted, and the price was very good. I worked with Aymen, and he was wonderful from the very beginning. He was very trusting, allowed us to get a third-party opinion and it was in as great of shape as he indicated, we moved forward with his recommendation for financing and he even helped us secure a second key as it only had one.
