Extremely disorganized. Took them 1 hour to call us back AFTER we showed up 10 min early. Our newborn son got hungry and was screaming. We had to feed him while we waited for them to get their act together. This is the first appointment I have been to with her and it was while I was off work for our sons birth. This place was a horrible experience. The hospital was the opposite. We were very pleased with the amount of care we received there.
Like many others I am only giving one star because I have to give at least one in order to warn you. I have several complaints about this office. 1. While all of the doctors have been very nice, you will NEVER have the same doctor twice. I am not pregnant and only have been for annual exams, but it would still be nice to have the same doctor considering how humiliating this experience is in the first place. 2. Horrible service, always running behind even if the waiting room is empty. Tried to use the online booking for an appointment and never got confirmation that it was even booked until the day of and was then sent a bill for not showing.
