I’m a subcontractor that was assigned a work order to complete a job for Staley. WANDA HOBBY was the work order manager who arbitrarily gave me a one star negative review out of spite for a situation that was totally outside of my control. The day of the job, there was a severe freeze in my region that left driving early (7am) a bit hazardous due to frost and the potential for black ice on our main road leading out.
