Loader operators are unprofessional, rude, and arrogant. If you can go somewhere else I highly recommend doing so. Don’t catch the scale house in a bad mood… We love Staker Parsons, the pits up north do a great job. What Beck street lacks Maguire and Hot springs make up for.
Staker Parsons came to my rescue! I had ordered sand for my volleyball court from R&Y Landscape who called me the night before the delivery and said they couldn’t do it because it was too treacherous. What??! (and then charged me credit card fees and $100 administration fees because I cancelled with less than 24 hours notice - but that’s another story). Anyways, Staker saved the day! I’ve bought a lot of products here because it’s close to my house. I usually call ahead to make sure they’re not too much more expensive. This time I called to see how much their road base is and was told $10 a ton if I had a dump trailer. When I showed up they told me $43 a ton. I thought I had just been mistaken, but when I called again they told me that I had to have gone to the gravel pit to get it for the cheaper price. Poor directions, no signs I’d highly recommend you go to a different place. Plus they are over priced
