Nicole in dispatch is pretty darn rude over the phone. I think I’m going to take my thousand dollars and Take my business elsewhere. I’ve never dealt with a such a rude person over the phone do they want to turn customers away? , very weird.
Wish they’d actually be open when their hours say. Second time my weekend project has been ruined because they decided not to be open on Saturday like their hours say.
The web site says the Beck street lot is open at 8:00 AM on Saturday. It is now 9:05 and no one has shown up yet. I came at 7:55 to beat the rush. I give up.
Loader operators are unprofessional, rude, and arrogant. If you can go somewhere else I highly recommend doing so. Don’t catch the scale house in a bad mood… We love Staker Parsons, the pits up north do a great job. What Beck street lacks Maguire and Hot springs make up for.
