We had our stairs appointment and we were so disappointed with how it went. Nikki was the one that entertained us during the appointment and we when asked for 4 quotes for different stairs, she rolled her eyes. Very unprofessional. There were terms which we are not familiar with about the materials/parts of stairs and she did not explain them either so we just left it at that.
Great company, very prompt and easy to deal with when making changes.
