terrible service ,,i contracted them to do a large job which the handrail was changed on me halfway through the job they would not accept resposibilty and tryed to worm they way out of it,, then offered to replace it after i got rectified if i could give zero stars i would do not use this company ever again and would not recommend it to my worst enemy
This is by far the most incompetent and unprofessional company i have ever dealt with. They have stuffed up my staircase railing 7 times! Their incompetence is beyond a joke. 1 year later and they still have not fixed the problem or returned any of my calls. Happy to take everyones money yet not deliver a service or product as advertised. Would not recommend to anyone.

My personal experience dealing with this company has been absolutely awful in recent times. They used to be a good quality professional company, but unfortunately that was last year and this year they are so disorganised it is not even funny. We previously had an amazing rep who sadly passed away and since then the company has gone downhill.
