We would like to send a huge thank you to Stairlifts and Ramps of New England. We reached out to them yesterday for our 86 year old father who was having difficulty with managing the stairs in their home. They could not have been more kind and helpful. We took pictures of the stairs from 2 angles, counted the stairs and measured the space from the wall to the bannister. Within the hour we had an estimate. Had stair/chair installed in my mother's house as a rental. Service was prompt and very much personalized. Highly recommend !!!
I called Stairlifts and Ramps of New England early in January of 2025 when my husband was having extreme difficulty navigating the stairs in the house due to needing a hip replacement. They came over right away, looked at the stairs where we needed to install the stair chair and gave me a price. We agreed and with in a day or 2 they were back installing my stair chair. this family business is the nicest, fastest and most excellent business i think i've ever had the pleasure to work with! they were super fast at replying, could answer all my questions, showed up to do the install right away, and were soooo patient with the parents. we are thrilled with the results... and the price tag. can not recommend highly enough. six stars!!!
