Dan and Joe are the best. They installed 2 stair lifts for my dad. They explained everything to us. And were very patient and didn't leave until we had all our questioners answered. We would recommend this family company highly. Thank you so much.
The service was great! We had three stairlifts installed within a week of our call. Their prices were best of three quotes, and they’re a local established family business. Dan and Joe did a really nice job installing all three stairlifts in under 4 hrs. And Dan was great providing quote and scheduling install. I recommend calling them. We had a stairlift installed. Great installation and attention to detail. The installation was done quickly and we were given great instruction concerning it's use. Communication was easy between us and the installer. Very personalized service. Definitely would recommend.
This is a family business who are very responsive and helpful. I appreciate being able to easily reach out to Renee and have her arrange for Dan to come whenever we have needed any assistance with our two chairlifts. Dan came to our rescue today when our main chairlift (which we bought used 9 years ago) started to act up. Rather than try to sell us a brand new unit, he helpfully suggested swapping out the two units after he serviced it so the newer chair would become our main chair.
