Nick and Lee were great! The estimated time for completion was 2-3 hours, but they finished in about 1 hour. Nick was extremely thorough; he showed us photos/videos during the consultation, explained and demonstrated all functions of the chair, and answered all our questions. I highly recommend StairLifts Pro!

My experience with this mobility equipment supplier was frustrating from start to finish. The delivery was delayed multiple times without clear communication, which caused inconvenience for my family member who urgently needed the equipment. When it finally arrived, the adjustable features did not work properly, and the product felt poorly tested. I requested a replacement, but the process was unnecessarily slow and complicated. Overall, the service lacked professionalism and urgency.

This mobility equipment supplier was extremely unprofessional. I purchased a walking aid, and it arrived with missing parts and no proper assembly instructions. It took several days just to get a response from their support team, and even then, they only offered vague guidance. The equipment itself felt unstable and unsafe to use. Considering this is meant for elderly care, the lack of quality control was very concerning. I eventually had to buy from another supplier to ensure safety and usability.
