Update to the review below: February 2024 Rick and his team continue to amaze me. Periodic Maintenance was suggested to me and I am so Thankful that we made the decision! A good cleaning, a little grease on the chain and the lift works every bit as good as the first day of installation. We have had no issues other than a battery on a remote.
