I am very disappointed, My Father in Law ardered and paid deposit on a lift, $7000 + and cancelled order as he moved to a unit and did not need the lift, Rick is refusing to refund his deposit and will not return any calls. My fater in law spoke with Rick when he cancelled order and was told a full refund would be returned. Now he is not responjding to any contact.
Joe did a wonderful job installing. He answered all my questions. The stairlift works great. Rick was very easy to do business with. thank you
It was wonderful working with a local company that showed up on time, got me what I wanted and did a great job. I highly recommend Stairlift of Southwest Florida. Give Rick a call. He will be happy to help!!
