Great company —once the guy Doug actually sent someone out. I called and left an initial message, then had to call back again because I never received a message back. I got him on the phone, and he said he had to find out some information from his friend in New York, which was on a Friday afternoon. We received a no pressure, in-home quote within a day and and once we picked them, we had the Stairlift installed in less than 24 hours. The installation went smoothly with no issues. Doug was very professional, friendly, and patient teaching our elderly user how to operate the chair. I am so happy that I found Douglas Kober of Stairlift Medics and staff. Stairlift Medics gave me a quote over the telephone, which I Iwas pleased with and informed me that they would be out and prepared to install my two stairlifts. Initially I contacted a stairlift company I have used for the last 15 year. After two weeks of trying to set up an appointment to have the chair repaired, I was told they no longer performed repair service. I then contacted Stairlift Medics and they understood my concern (handclapped wife) and set up an appointment the next morning. The technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and performed the necessary review of my three chairs and repairing the malfunctioning chair.
