Unfortunately I have had to use Stairlift Medics four times this past year after the installation of our new chair. Stairlift did not install the chair but took on the service after the original company got out of the chair business. Clive and Doug could not have been better about our problems which ended with a replacement chair. Their kindness, prompt and excellent service will always be remembered and certainly appreciated. Thank you for everything.
I held off purchasing a stairlift for my mom because I thought it was going to be super complicated and cost over 10k. Once she was no longer able to take the steps, I called Stairlift Medics of Annapolis and couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. Great company —once the guy Doug actually sent someone out. I called and left an initial message, then had to call back again because I never received a message back. I got him on the phone, and he said he had to find out some information from his friend in New York, which was on a Friday afternoon. I called back on Monday after not hearing anything, and he said he needed to contact his friend again to get the information about fixing our particular Stairlift model. Doug Kober and Stairlift Medics were a joy to do business with. We received a no pressure, in-home quote within a day and and once we picked them, we had the Stairlift installed in less than 24 hours. The installation went smoothly with no issues. Doug was very professional, friendly, and patient teaching our elderly user how to operate the chair. Stairlift Medics gave me a quote over the telephone, which I Iwas pleased with and informed me that they would be out and prepared to install my two stairlifts.
