Initially I contacted a stairlift company I have used for the last 15 year. After two weeks of trying to set up an appointment to have the chair repaired, I was told they no longer performed repair service. I then contacted Stairlift Medics and they understood my concern (handclapped wife) and set up an appointment the next morning.
