Could not speak highly enough of David and the Staircraft team. With such short notice, Staircraft turned around our job within 2 weeks of the initial engagement to the highest of quality. Worked with us from the get go advising us on a solution for replacing our spiral staircase to a traditional staircase and expanding our space. Small businesses don't have the ability to always answer the phone, and they can't take on every job. My experience with David was great, yes, occasionally he didn't answer the phone, but when you're holding up a staircase with a drill in your hand, or you're in the middle of running a CNC machine profile over a $4000 piece of timber you can't stop and answer the phone.
