Bought balusters at Stair Warehouse. Project turned out better than expectations. See Photo. Great customer service as well. They were able to add an additional baluster to my order last minute before shipping.
The owners at Stair Warehouse have shown they truly care for their customers and are a wealth of information on anything stair related. They've always been great communicators and go the extra mile serving all of their customers. This is what "good business" should look like.
We purchased ballusters and foot covers for our stairs and they look beautiful. I ordered the hollow option, but they are very sturdy and just add the perfect look to our stairs.
