I ordered 81 iron balusters and Zip Clip install kits from Stair Warehouse, and when I received the order, part of the order was not even something I ordered, and I was shorted some of the product. Stair Warehouse did make this right, albeit after having to argue with the person I talked to on the phone. Upon installation, I realized that I had miscounted and needed to order a couple additional balusters and one more Zip Clip kit. Bought balusters at Stair Warehouse. Project turned out better than expectations. See Photo. Great customer service as well. They were able to add an additional baluster to my order last minute before shipping.

We purchased ballusters and foot covers for our stairs and they look beautiful. I ordered the hollow option, but they are very sturdy and just add the perfect look to our stairs.
