We used Stair Ride in 2020 to rent Stair lifts for my mother while she lived with us and we were very pleased with their service. **** saved us a great deal of money and space by recommending a chair lift in place of the ramp that we were considering. We didn't hesitate to call them this year when we wished to purchase units for ourselves. They provide old-fashioned personal customer service and it is greatly appreciated.
Installed quickly and efficiently. Also, gave explicit instructions.I recommend StairRide highly. Great service!
My husband have been calling to get our exterior elevator service for a week now (6/11/24-6/18/24) but with no return response from the company and or repair service. I'm handicap and we rely on the lift for my Dr. ***** PT and at times a trip to the ** for painful kidney stone injury disease. We are totally upset with the lack of consideration from this company for their infirmed customers.
We’ve had the stair ride in our home now for about a month. This is the best thing sliced bread! It’s given me a new lease on life. I’m no longer limited to only using our stairs to the second floor once or twice a day. What an improvement for me. We had a slight problem with our remotes but Danielle, from the office made sure it got taken care of. Chris, the installer did a great job for installation as well as working out the kinks with our remotes. He’s very patient. We’re so glad we went with Stair Ride.
