Great company to do business with from start to finish. I waited a long time to redo my stairs and go from white wood balusters to iron and I love how it turned out. Elena was so patient and helpful when I couldn’t decide which way to go in picking out new balusters and suggested options which I ultimately went with. Their crew was great and arrived on time each day. The transformation is amazing and better than I ever expected.

My wife and I are both certified old-farts, and she was recently diagnosed with stage 1 Parkinson's. So, we decided to add a second handrail to our home in West University. Houston Stair Parts gave us the best price and did a wonderful job. Elena was able to give us a quote with only a couple of phone calls and sharing photos of our existing stairs. If I could rate higher than 5 I would. These guys are meticulous down to every detail. I’m so impressed. They took their time and gave each step the time and attention it needed. I couldn’t not have asked for a better job and the guys are friendly also.
