If I could rate higher than 5 I would. These guys are meticulous down to every detail. I’m so impressed. They took their time and gave each step the time and attention it needed. I couldn’t not have asked for a better job and the guys are friendly also.
I hired Houston Stair Parts to fix wobbly hand rails and newel posts on my stairway. Elena came and inspected the stairway to help assess what needed to be done. She scheduled a crew for the work and they were able to take care of it by tightening the newel post bolts and adding a rail brace. Very happy with the process, the results, and the explanation by the crew that did the work.
I love, love, love this company! Starting with my interactions with Elena (office manager) to my experience with the craftsmen. Everyone was very respectful of my time and my property. The job only took 3 days and it turned out beautifully. Everyone who has seen the finished products agrees that it looks stunning. I have added before and after pictures, but even they don't do the job justice.I would definitely recommend HSP to anyone!
The whole process was so fast and smooth, from the first visit for measurements to only a week later for install. They made sure to measure and adjust on site so that everything was perfect. They were so kind and considerate and left the house cleaner than when they arrived. The gates are a huge improvement both visually and functionally, compared to our tension gates.
