Robert and his team were great to work with - timely, excellent communication and quality workmanship. We are so pleased with how our stairs look - they turned out even better than expected!
Rob at Stair Pros did an excellent job. Our stair railings look amazing. Rob even came back out when my spouse was concerned about some filler holes, checked the entire thing over and found some spots his installers missed. Overall, Stair Pros is very responsive, their price is fair, and their products are amazing. We are very happy with the final result.

It was a pleasure to work with Robert and his installers. They transformed our unfinished stairs with new treads, risers, handrail and backboard which look great as expected! They cleaned up leaving no dust or debris. We are very pleased and would recommend them.
Was super rude to my wife. I can’t believe the things that were coming out of his mouth. He’s refunding my $10,500. I would recommend that you find a different stair person for your job.
