It was a pleasure to work with Robert and his installers. They transformed our unfinished stairs with new treads, risers, handrail and backboard which look great as expected! They cleaned up leaving no dust or debris. We are very pleased and would recommend them.
Was super rude to my wife. I can’t believe the things that were coming out of his mouth. He’s refunding my $10,500. I would recommend that you find a different stair person for your job.
JUST UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I was referred to Rob by my flooring company because they said he was a good stair installer. Two weeks ago, Rob came to my house to review the project and told me he would provide an invoice outlining the scope of work. He was aware that I had already scheduled an installation date to replace my hardwood floors and that he needed to complete the stairs before that process began. Robert and his team at Stair Pros were top notch from beginning to end. Always responsive to our questions and quick to show examples, Robert was easy to work with and made Stair Pros the easy choice for our stair project. When all was said and done we could not have been happier with the work Stair Pros did and would use them again in a heartbeat if the need ever arises
