Called Stair Nation about an item I ordered. The gentleman told me he would call me back as soon as he got to the office. No response. I know it was an inexpensive item but a customer is important no matter what they spend. Very disappointed.

Great Price - Beautiful Product! We ordered balusters, newels and handrails online. Excellent customer service, very responsive and helpful. We live out of state and had our items freight delivered - only took 4 days to receive.
