this company has turned into a scam company. delays on orders or haven't received them at all. will take your money but no product in return. BEWARE of this company, won't answer phone calls, text message or emails. if they do, "we are scrambling because owner died last week" excuse.... DONT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY ORDERS OF STAIR PARTS
Called Stair Nation about an item I ordered. The gentleman told me he would call me back as soon as he got to the office. No response. I know it was an inexpensive item but a customer is important no matter what they spend. Very disappointed.
