A tracked stair climber is always better than a step stair climber. We bought one for fire escape use as we are on level 14. A bit tricky with a portable wheelchair. Would suggest a built in seating option if the client can transfer. Not sure if there is an after market option to buy the seat. For $5k it’s an insurance. Strata does not offer such evacuation facility for accessible use. Every high rise apartments should have one.
Robert was excellent to deal with. The stair climber was great and worked perfectly for the job as required. Would recommend and will use their services again.
