Initial phone quote to have carpet cleaned in 5 rooms: 118$. Quote when Technicians arrived: 320$. The Technician stated the phone quote was strictly a labor price, and that the cost of the shampoo required for the cleaning would roughly cost an additional 200$. Our carpet is only 2 years old and we don't allow shoes in the house so the carpet has very minimal soiling from foot traffic and no staining. I had stainmasters come out to clean my sectional couch. My dogs had rubbed up against it and left dirty spots all around the couch. The dogs were never allowed on the couch. Ever since I had it I always had a blanket on the couch. There was only one pillow that was dirty on the sofa. They cleaned all of the pillowed and left a yellow stain on most of them. I had my carpets cleaned which was fine until I started smelling a dirty smell a few days after. I opened the windows hoping it would go away but it didn't. I called and spoke to a manager and I was basically told it's not their problem that I didn't leave the windows open which was not correct. Wouldn't a company want to make sure their customers are satisfied with the job? I will not be returning as a customer with their terrible customer service..

I will give them 0 star if I could.I had made an appoinment for cleaning my couch and carpet.The next day they called and said they cant make it and if it is ok to reschedule,I did reschedule for the next day between 10am-12pm.I was waiting on them so I can have my guests come over after they are done cleaning,But now these people called after 12pm and told me they have to cancel and they gave me some lame excuse.I am highly disappointed and will never ever recommend them to anyone.Also they lost 2 customers coz my parents a... read more
