Dan and Rae from Stained Glass Windows did an excellent job with my project. The project wasn’t easy and I was particular in the design. The design idea was from a 100 yr old window shown from photos. Glass of that type and color isn’t even produced anymore but they got as close to possible with what they have available. They were attentive in answering questions and they even set up a FaceTime session to go over glass selections while drafting ideas. We had our window original window broken during a hurricane, we sent pictures in for a duplicate to be made, the new one looks better than the original, we couldn’t be any happier, the process to complete was super easy and everyone great to work with!!!
This business not only do beautiful works of art that enhance the beauty of my home but they are absolutely wonderful to work with and will work to make the stain glass what you want it to look like. I love the fact that they take your ideas and make it a reality and you have say and approval before they make it. I also love the staff so friendly and go above and beyond to make sure it is perfect
I commissioned a window with roundels to use as a transom above my bathroom door. Rae was responsive, thorough and professional through every step of the design process and delivery. I’m thrilled with the results! It was the perfect way to bring some light into this dark little corner in my 1970’s era beachside cottage.
Please save your money and go with a company that is dedicated to quality craftsmanship and customer service. When we received our window the sealant was smeared all over the window and the glass was installed incorrectly, different than the design we ordered. When I reached out to the company they ignored my concerns and stated they thought it was beautiful the way it was. If you want a quality window do not do business with this company.
