They were able to send a mockup same day. The quality of the window exceeded my expectations and the shipping crate was packed with care. I ordered a stained glass piece for an octagon window in my bathroom. Derek was easy to work with to make sure every detail was met for the piece. It turned out beautiful. My windows will be installed next month including the stained glass piece and I can’t wait. The price also was very reasonable and the item was shipped to me and packaged with such care.
