Product was excellent, as per design, sized perfect, and packed over the top.
I damaged an existing stained glass window during a remodel. I contacted Derek at Stained Glass Window.com for help replacing it. I sent him dimensions and photos of the desired window. Within a day, Derek had sent me some useful fabrication specs and a CAD drawing for the new window. Great customer service. The window was delivered on time and was professionally packaged to survive the cross country shipping. I give Derek and his company the highest possible recommendation I can give.
