Original post: I was made to feel like a nuisance for asking questions and then given sarcastic answers. Response to owner: Blaming the customer for the review does not show that you have great customer service but it demonstrates the opposite. Instead to trying to speak to me you blame me saying it's the customers fault not ours. As for the request for a discount, your staff member has not told the truth. I took a class here to start my stained glass adventure and I highly recommend it. My teacher was Aly and she was wonderful, patient and inspiring. Since my first time in the store, it has been nothing short of a wonderful experience. The staff is excellent, the glass is beyond beautiful.
