I had such an amazing experience with Stained Glass Stuff. The customer service is top notch! I bought my first kiln, and Kevin walked me through how to program and reviewed best practices. All of the staff made me feel so welcome. I will continue to be a customer. What a great place!
I am posting this review to document a serious issue with billing transparency and ownership of materials. I purchased stained glass for a project requiring 10.4 sq ft (four pieces at 2.6 sq ft each). I was informed that glass must be purchased in full 4 sq ft sheets, and I was therefore charged for four sheets (16 sq ft) at $42.88 per sq ft, for a total of $686.14. Wow, what an incredible experience from start to finish. We designed a custom piece with Ryan for our sun room and it turned out better than we could have ever imagined! We were able to fully pick out every detail after a visit to the store, down to the birds, shape, size, colour, and glass type. This is surely a piece that will remain in our family for decades to come, and makes it extra special that it is in our first home together.
When I'm in Ottawa, I always stop in at Stained Glass Stuff. Great team, very helpful with advice and tips. Love the atmosphere.
