Didn’t follow through with order after I placed 1/2 deposit down. Would not return phone calls. Dan’s son Josh said to sue them. So I did! Dan lied to me several times & said he was working on my window order. Next thing I know the place is up for sale! Such a shame bc they came highly recommended. Apparently at one time they did good work.

A family business that came highly recommended. Sorry to say things have changed. Met Shannon at Home & Garden Show. She took my order & cash deposit March 10, 2020 promised window would be ready by June. No window. Won’t return calls. Finally went to the shop and talked to owner Dan who said bc of COVID-19 it would be August. Questioned why their building was up for sale? Why no return phone calls? Promised me he was working on it. Here it is end of August. Still no return phone calls or window. Have not returned my deposit... read more
