Spectrum Internet came to install fiber optic cable on a newly constructed house on 10-3-25. They were unable to do so with 2 technicians despite using all the methods to run cable down. Stainbrook Communications installed the tubing. The tubing is obstructed. Soonest they could come out to rectify the issue was 10-20-25. Not happy!
Jon was the service person. He was early and actually solved a problem that the resident had been having with her antenna. Great communication and very helpful.
