I have to admit that I was very skeptical when I met Carlos, who was honest in confessing that this was only his second day as a carpet cleaner. My concerns were quickly erased soon after he started work. I witnessed his attention to detail and his professionalism. Yes, the job took him longer than normal, BUT Carlos was clearly determined to ensure that I was satisfied with his work. I recently had booked this company for my carpets and tiled floors to be deep cleaned and stains removed as we were preparing the home for sale so wanted it to look its best. I booked this company specifically after seeing their ads calling themselves the "stain solutions" cleaners.
