My dog had Gastro leaving Diarrhoea and vomit stains on my cream carpet for nearly a week (I don’t have a back yard to put her out while sick as I just had grass laid) Stain Solutions managed to get up all stains it looks great!
I’m pretty sure this is a scam site with fake reviews to get personal details. We had a day and time booked twice this week and both times they were no shows. No call to explain or re book, we had to chase them up. It was a lot of effort to get the house ready for them. Stay well clear of this company and if you speak to them don’t give any personal details or pay up front. If this gets a reply, no it wasn’t booked under my name.

Booked a job for 3:45pm. Get a call at 3:45pm to say that they will no longer be able to attend the job. Waited all day and scheduled the day around it happening at 3:45 only for it to be cancelled at the time the job was meant to happen. Worker wasn’t really phased about cancelling and the reason was because they were still on previous job …. No offer to come later in the day or first thing in the morning.
