Purchased Living Social deal. Given 4 hour window of appointment. After waiting 4 hours, no one showed up. Called Stain pro. Not very Pro! They made a schedule error and did not put me on their route today. Wanted me to reschedule or wait two more hours for them. Losing half days pay already I requested refund. They said no, it was an "honest mistake".
