Guys got out to my house within 5-6 hours of calling them on a non-emergency call. I am very appreciative that they worked hard to work my needs into their day and solve the issue quickly. They called me before they headed to my house and that was also appreciated. I had a slow draining toilet that I suspect was a result of new construction debris (3 year old house) and they arrived, snaked the drain, and cleared it of debris within 10 min and left to go to their next call.
