Great experience with Stain Patrol. Hugo was on time, friendly, and did a high quality job. I expect some stains to come back after a cleaning but it’s been a week and they look like they were just done.

I hired him for carpet cleaning, and he noticed that the carpet was wavy and needed to be stretched. As it turns out, he knows how to stretch carpets and has the tools to do it. I like Hugo. He does a good job of cleaning stains.
Hugo is a magician and removed a month old coffee stain from cream colored carpet. Friendly, professional, punctual, quick, yet thurough. An all around great guy, not looking forward to the next spill but I know who to call!
