Stay away from this company! They hire out contractors to do the work, and the one they sent to my home was not even licensed! Now they are refusing to give me a partial refund on a very poor cleaning job. The supposed contractor charged us for chemicals and additional rooms which ended up costing almost $100 more than the original quote from Stainmaster's. Their customer service is the worst and they need to look into these sub contractors license status before sending them out to peoples homes. So yourself a favor and call... read more
