I do not typically ever leave bad reviews, However; I sent a carpet cleaning request in to Stain Eliminator. Derrick responded promptly. (Great Start) We set an appointment for Monday morning March 16 9am since Derrick said he was available... Mind you I let him know I work from home he could have came at any time. NO SHOW. Went just fine the FIRST time we hired them. Second time, not so much. The guy didnt even BOTHER to check if we were at home for my appointment since my car was in the GARAGE. Just stuffed a bunch of business cards in our door and LEFT. Then EXTREMELY poor communication the second around after we tried to reschedule. I single handedly had to pick up our ENTIRE home both upstairs and downstairs...beds all flipped up, every single toy, sock, pencil and crayon picked up, vacuumed all over, and even pretreated several stains -- ... read more

I recently had the tile through out my home cleaned by the owner Derrick and he did a very good job. I was a bit skeptical and asked for a test spot clean before scheduling my appointment as I did not want to spend my money and be disappointed. I am very happy with the results, the dirty grout is all gone and my floors feels really clean under my feet.
