The email had no address so I had to call customer service. I ordered through transfer express.
So I have an account with Stahls & by my vinyl & some equipment through Stahls. I have been told i am able to take a tour for vendors. I have been coming up here from Farmington, NM, for 5 years, wanting to take a tour. Each time I come, they refuse.

Customer service has gone to ZERO. DO NOT BUY AN EXPENSIVE PRESS HERE Instead of being able to call someone when your equipment breaks, you now have to submit a ticket. I waited 4 days and they just closed my ticket. Support is only accessible via ticket, so now i need to just open another ticket and wait. This is one of the higher end heat presses i have purchased, and yet its broken 2 times in a matter of a few years. All i wanted was to know WHAT part to buy to fix it, but can not get any support. 0/10
