My experience with the office has been pretty terrible to be completely honest I've been expressing concerns about my physical health for years for the last year ive had nothing but issues I got sent for blood work multiple times to the point my insurance will not cover any more of the same test as well as two mri's and somehow every time the office has no record of me going to get bloodwork done or the mri's . Terri, if you don't like your job then find a new one. On the phone, or in person, you always display a condescending, mean spirited attitude.
Dr. Barraclough is the reason that I found potential cancer on my thyroid. She didn’t feel anything in office on my neck but went beyond by having me get an ultrasound just in case. I just had my surgery to get it removed and wouldn’t have ever found it without Maron. She went above and beyond to make sure I was supported and heard.
