We’ve been going to this office for quite a while, and unfortunately the experience has become increasingly frustrating. The biggest issue is the way patients and their families are treated. Interactions often come across as rude, abrasive, snippy, and uncaring. Rather than feeling like your concerns matter, you’re often left feeling insignificant or like you’re an inconvenience. My experience with the office has been pretty terrible to be completely honest I've been expressing concerns about my physical health for years for the last year ive had nothing but issues I got sent for blood work multiple times to the point my insurance will not cover any more of the same test as well as two mri's and somehow every time the office has no record of me going to get bloodwork done or the mri's .
