Dr. Barraclough is the reason that I found potential cancer on my thyroid. She didn’t feel anything in office on my neck but went beyond by having me get an ultrasound just in case. I just had my surgery to get it removed and wouldn’t have ever found it without Maron. She went above and beyond to make sure I was supported and heard.
The staff at this office are unkind and unprofessional. They are rude and interruptive, they lack compassion and empathy….the basics of working in healthcare.
This is a good doctor that is hard working and is very skilled and well mannered. If his workers were as good as him they would help modernize the place. The staff are very lucky he has not fired them for destroying his business, yes I’m talking about the rude horible pa or the pa-c (certified🙄. Basically I went there for years then was switched to Melisa.do the math after a few appointments with her I stopped going there That’s pretty bad….
