AWFUL & never helpful. And the lady answering the phone is horrendous, rude, unprofessional, and just plain out mean. Thankfully I am a new patient at a different practice. But now to the fun part of where they wouldn’t fax over MY medical records. It’s a shame as I’ve been going here since I was a child. Apologizes to any doctors who are kind and nice here but the front desk lady and one particular doctor at this practice made our whole family leave.
