Mr. YASIN is extremely professional. He is quick to answer your call/ text and schedule an appointment to inspect the problem. I mostly appreciate his truthfulness and explanation of what the job requires. He comes prepared for anything and everything the job demands. He is upfront with his pricing and I find it to be very reasonable.
Yassin came out the same day and repaired a leak in our refrigerator's water dispenser. He performed the work for a reasonable price (I was pleasantly surprised!). He did the work in a reasonable amount of time as well! I really enjoyed working with him and will definitely call him again for any appliance repair!
My Whirlpool Refrigerator was dripping water in the back. Stah Tech repair person was able to unblock & unclog the drain, remove all the ice buildup that was blocking the drain from draining. I no longer have to put a pan in the back of the frig to catch the water. This only took a our 30 minutes. I was very pleased with his knowlecge. Job well done. Thank you Stah Tech. Your customer service is outstanding in addition to your knowledge. Thanks, again
Yasin was awesome! He was extremely helpful, diagnosed my ice maker problem, ordered the correct parts and had it fixed in less than a week! Very personable and easy to talk to!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you Yasin!!!
I called and the tech Yasim showed up in 40 minutes. Not only was the customer service great but he fixed the appliances as well. Super simple transaction. I highly recommend this company and will be using them moving forward.
