The guys at Stagshaw are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I spoke to them prior to purchasing my Land Rover Defender and they helped me understand what I might need for what I wanted to do to it. It has since been in with them for a full health check and numerous jobs and I have been extremely impressed every time. Coming to collect the car from me and delivering it back is a massive added bonus. Highly recommended for anyone that owns a Landy in the north east!
After a few issues with my Disco that 2 other garages had failed to diagnose / repair, I tried Stagshaw. From my initial chats with Michael, I felt in safe hands. Josh's attention to detail was second to none and I was updated throughout the process. The repairs were done quicker than I had expected. I won't take my Land Rover anywhere else now.
Very disappointed. Booked my car for MOT and Service with 10.00am pickup. By. 10.30 no pickup so I phoned for update and was told driver on way.At 11.30 driver eventually arrived.Expected car back that afternoon, but car never arrived and no call to explain why. Telephoned at 5.30 to find garage closed at 5.00pm. Phoned at 8.15am next day and found out car had not been MOTd yet. Stagshaw Landrover have a vast knowledge to carry all your repairs. They offer a reassurance every step of the way. Josh and Michael have been fantastic and really supportive. Couldn’t recommend this garage more.
After 4 months of delay, my car has not been completed. Being an overseas customer I dont get progress reports or full update on the project. Still no clear date of completion and handover. No photos or videos of the whole car, just small bits and pieces. No clue on the quality either. Josh of stagshaw is NOT a reliable contractor for def restoration project.
