Michael is an excellent chap - he manages the business and is extremely knowledgeable. The service is excellent- I trusted them to complete some major work on my Range Rover Sport - would recommend.
Josh, Michael and the Team at Stagshaw are very knowledgeable and provide great customer service. Was wondering where I was going to take my Defender and was more than happy that I came across Stagshaw. All services and minor issues have been dealt with promptly and full explanation of what was required to be or had been done.
I’m not one for leaving reviews- possibly a week in a beautiful cottage nestled in the moors or a cordon bleu meal from an untrained hand and most likely not even then. The guys at Stagshaw are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I spoke to them prior to purchasing my Land Rover Defender and they helped me understand what I might need for what I wanted to do to it. It has since been in with them for a full health check and numerous jobs and I have been extremely impressed every time. Coming to collect the car from me and delivering it back is a massive added bonus. Highly recommended for anyone that owns a Landy in the north east!
After a few issues with my Disco that 2 other garages had failed to diagnose / repair, I tried Stagshaw. From my initial chats with Michael, I felt in safe hands. Josh's attention to detail was second to none and I was updated throughout the process. The repairs were done quicker than I had expected. I won't take my Land Rover anywhere else now.
