They won't even pick up the phone. No answering service. Been busy for hours.
I've been going here for the last 10 years or so, never had a problem. Yes sometimes there is a wait but I have yet to visit a medical facility where there wasn't. Used to see Dr. Howell now I see Dr. Neveling, he is a great guy and a damn good doctor.
Dr. Howell is the only good thing about this practice. The hostile staff at the front desk is extremely rude, inconsiderate, and behind the times. Wait times are excruciating. The waiting room is small and always full. It's painful to get any test results from the front desk.
