Our Stages SB20 bike broke 2 months ago (resistance ramped up to 100% then shortly after stopped connecting to all devices). We filed a support ticket and haven't heard anything back at all. We've left several voicemails at every customer support phone number on the website over the last 2 weeks and haven't heard back from anyone.
12/9: Unboxed yesterday and no power cord/brick for SB20 bike. We generated a ticket and called twice. No information back. Very disappointed. May want to hold off on purchasing until quality control and supply chain issues are fixed. 4pm. Customer service sent email to us and said the cord is on the way and should be here Wednesday. I have been Zwifting on the SB20 indoor smart bike for about a month now and wholeheartedly recommend it.
It was a fantastic experience working with Kristin and the Stages Cycling team! Thank you for helping my wife and I with our recent purchase. It is so awesome that the same stages bikes we love at our local club are now able to be purchased for home use!!
