BEWARE! Buying our first home was an absolute nightmare! These folks are probably good for the sellers, staging the home, selling it, etc. But the people who buy these homes are left with the destruction. We purchased a "brand new home" and "would have nothing to worry with for 10-20 years". Boy did they lie to us! Our daughters very first bath ended with water pouring from under all the baseboards surrounding the tub (pantry, entryway, laundry room, master closet). Gina was wonderful to work with! She helped us through the whole process of getting our condo ready to sell. Gina was always available to answer our questions when we needed her. She kept us informed about what to expect every step of the way. The staging of our condo was gorgeous and a big reason why we were able to sell it easily for a price we were happy with. Do not trust this company. Gina Graham gave me a quote to sell and stage my home. When it came time to get ready to sign a contract she changed her commission rate. Never deal with a company that doesn’t stick to their word and is not honest. I would definitely recommend you go with another company that is honest and more reputable.
Adrienne did an exceptional job of helping to prep, stage and sell our property. She was the project manager, designer, and coordinator of all things relating to our sale. She was extremely easy to work with, punctual, responsive, honest and truly one of the best realtors we’ve ever hired. And the best part is, she sold our house, for full asking price, in one day! 5 stars!
