We checked in late and the night staff was very kind and courteous. The room left much to be desired. Paint chipped on doors, room was hot as hell when we first got in the room but the AC did work very well when it go going, the ceiling fan was very nice , shower was nice, toilet rocks when you sit on it, Wi-Fi is downright horrible, the king size bed was reasonable. Classic example of old grimy Hollywood movie hotels (go there before it’s demolished). It was a hot night, when I left I gave the elderly housekeeper guy a tip in the parking lot. He was trying his best.
Terrible experience. I don't expect much from a budget roadside hotel but this was particularly awful because there was no heat. If you choose to stay avoid room #8 A short list of issues: - Toilet had black grime all around the rim. - Shower fan screeched so loudly we could not use it and so had no light in the bathroom. - Heater did not work - was told to wait a half hour after which there was no change. We were not offered another room when I asked. - They only had one extra blanket for the whole hotel so my wife used tha... read more
We switched to this hotel after not having a great experience at the motel 6. Chris was super helpful and very kind. The property is small but very well maintained. Rooms were clean and kept up. We will stay here next year when we come back for the aftershock festival in Sacramento.
The owners are very nice. It's a quiet place which is nice. It's a very very clean motel
