Came here bc it had good reviews. Used Bay 5, tire cleaner was just water, prewash didn't work, wash soap was just water... everything else was good. Still gave 3 stars bc the facility and location are nice and the equipment is nice.
I have been a long time customer of 11 years. Since the new owners have taken over it has gone down. Time to find a new detail shop. Wow!! Your manager shouldn’t lie like that! When he told me next available was Tuesday. I said “NeverMind I’ll go somewhere else”. Never used those words. That’s so disappointing.

I'm sure they are great, but they never responded to my inquiry, so my business went to Filthy Unicorn which did a stellar job.
For 2 months after I got my car tinted from them they we’re supposed to fix my back window because they messed it up but every time they tell me to come by they say they didn’t or they don’t have time
